Any faulty product can be returned within 30 days from receipt date. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of product, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note, we can not replace your order in case if the order packaging was bend up or damaged.

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase needs to be provided to complete your return.
- Final Sale, Clearance, Last Call, Custom Items, Perishable Food Items, Products with a limited useful life expectancy can not be returned.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item has not arrived within 50 days (60 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact HappySourdough@gmail.com and we will promptly take care of you.
Shipping times can be longer for certain countries. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.
***IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS (if applicable)
Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 6 hours after your order was placed. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if it has been shipped.
After your order has been placed, you have 6 hours to contact us at HappySourdough@gmail.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 6 hours, your order has already been packaged and can no longer be modified.
