All orders will typically be dispatched within 2-4 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. Please keep in mind that when you buy multiple items from our website they may come in separate packages.

We encourage you to carefully review shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays and additional shipping charges are avoided. Happy Sourdough is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses, or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and we will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel.
HappySourdough is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that they provided a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any returned orders due to an incorrect, undeliverable, or inaccurate shipping address.
If you realize that by any reason your shipping address is incorrect and you want to change it, please email us at HappySourdough@gmail.com as soon as you place your order, but no later than 24 hours from the moment when your order has been placed. We will do our best to make the change within 24 hours.
Extra Shipping Charges
If your order gets returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect shipping address, and if you would like to get a refund, please be advised that the customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs.
Please, note that while some of your parcels arrive earlier, others may experience a minor delay due to a holiday season or other reasons out of our control. If your order does not arrive within 4 weeks after purchase, please contact our customer support at HappySourdough@gmail.com.
International Shipping & Customs
Please, keep in mind that International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees determined by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record and is responsible for any of these import fees. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your customs charges may be. To ensure a pleasant experience, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order. We do not issue refunds for duties and taxes charged to the customer. Also, note that we are not responsible for any damages or loss after your order shipped from our warehouse.
U. S. Sales Taxes and VAT
Please, note that we are subject to collect state sales taxes on all orders. Collected taxes are mandated by the government and we are in no way benefiting from this and directly pay this amount to the state.
